Built in 1898 in the reign of Queen Victoria, Burwood Lodge, once part of the Crown Hotel estate now proudly stands on it's own two feet, with a long tradition of friendliness and hospitality Betty and Tim offer you a very warm welcome.

 

This charming lodge is surrounded by half an acre of grounds and lies betwixt the vibrant village high street and the open forest.

 

With its own car park to the front and gardens to the side and rear, croquet, badminton and swing ball are available on request during the summer months.

A cosy t/v lounge with its feature fire place is always available for guests comfort with a varied selection of reference books, novels and board games for a quiet afternoon or evenings relaxation.
